Note: In case of discrepancies between the French and English versions of this document, the French version shall prevail.
1. Respect and kindness
Every Client is welcomed in a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment.
2. Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
3. Professional integrity
The practitioner commits to:
- avoiding any form of psychological influence,
- not imposing beliefs, doctrines, or interpretations,
- not guaranteeing results or healing,
- respecting the limits of energy work.
4. Neutrality
The practitioner does not intervene in:
- personal decisions,
- medical choices,
- financial or family matters.
5. No substitution for medical care
Energy healing sessions are not a substitute for:
- medical diagnosis,
- prescribed treatments,
- psychological or psychiatric care.
Clients are encouraged to consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns.
6. Informed consent
Clients are clearly informed about:
- the nature of the service,
- its limits,
- the absence of guaranteed results.
7. Competence and ongoing training
The practitioner maintains and develops professional skills through continual learning.
8. Respect for boundaries
Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session.
9. Responsibility
The practitioner acts with ethics, awareness, and professionalism.
Clients remain responsible for their own choices and personal development.
