I offer individual sessions that support a clearer connection between the body and awareness, in a respectful, grounded and non-intrusive framework.
My work is intended for people who feel the need to slow down, to reconnect with their bodily experience, and to regain a more stable and coherent inner presence.
A grounded and attentive approach
My practice is based on a simple axis: the relationship between what is felt in the body and what is perceived consciously.
Rather than seeking change or results, the sessions offer a space of presence in which sensations, perceptions and inner movements can be listened to and allowed to unfold naturally.
Each session is unique and adapts to what is present in the moment.
An individual session
A session is a time dedicated to listening — to yourself, to your bodily sensations, and to what may be seeking expression beneath the surface.
You remain fully conscious throughout the session. There is nothing to achieve, nothing to force, nothing to believe.
My role is to provide a clear and supportive framework, using different approaches as tools, always with discernment and respect for your autonomy.
An axis between body and awareness
The work I offer is structured around an axis between embodiment and awareness.
This axis serves as a reference point throughout the session, allowing sensations, perceptions and understanding to remain connected, without becoming abstract or disconnected from lived experience.
A respectful and ethical framework
This accompaniment does not replace any medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment.
No diagnosis is made and no result is promised. The pace, depth and rhythm of the sessions are always guided by your experience and your needs.
Each accompaniment is an encounter, and each encounter is unique.
