Session
Session
An individual session
A session is a dedicated time, offered in a calm and respectful setting, to reconnect with your lived experience.
It is an invitation to slow down, to listen to bodily sensations, and to become more attentive to what is present beneath habitual patterns of thought.
Each session unfolds differently, according to what emerges in the moment.
How a session unfolds
A session usually begins with a brief exchange, allowing you to express what brings you and what feels relevant to share.
You are then invited to settle comfortably. Depending on the session, this may involve stillness, gentle contact, sound, or verbal guidance — always with your consent and within clear boundaries.
A moment is always reserved at the end of the session to integrate the experience, if you wish to do so.
Your role during the session
Your role is simple: to remain present and attentive to your sensations, perceptions and inner movements.
There is nothing to perform, nothing to achieve, and nothing to believe. You remain fully conscious, free and autonomous throughout the session.
The practitioner’s posture
My role is not to direct a process or to produce a result.
I hold a clear and supportive framework, and I use different approaches as tools, always with discernment and respect for your rhythm.
When states of modified awareness are involved, they concern the practitioner, not the person being accompanied.
What you may experience
Depending on the person and the moment, a session may be accompanied by:
- a sense of relaxation or grounding
- increased bodily awareness
- emotional or perceptual clarity
- a feeling of inner space or coherence
These experiences vary widely and are never sought or guaranteed.
Rhythm and continuity
Some people come for a single session, others choose to return periodically.
There is no predefined program or obligation. The rhythm of the sessions is guided solely by your needs and your experience.
A complementary approach
This accompaniment does not replace medical, psychological or therapeutic care.
It can be approached as a complementary space, supporting presence, awareness and personal adjustment alongside other forms of care.
Each session is a meeting, and each meeting unfolds in its own way.
