Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
This FAQ is intended to clarify the framework of my accompaniment and to answer the most common questions. It does not aim to explain what you should experience, but to offer clear and reassuring reference points.
The sessions are for people who feel the need to:
- slow down and recentre themselves
- reconnect with bodily sensation
- clarify what they are experiencing inwardly
- navigate a period of transition, questioning or fatigue
No prior experience is required.
No. This accompaniment does not rely on any belief system — spiritual, religious or otherwise.
It is based on lived experience: bodily sensation, perception and attentive awareness.
My role is to offer a clear, safe and attentive framework. I use different approaches as tools, with discernment, according to what is present in the moment.
I do not seek to direct a process or to produce a specific outcome, but to support a more fluid dialogue between body and awareness.
Your role is simple: to remain present to your experience and to your sensations, at your own rhythm.
There is nothing to perform, nothing to force and nothing to understand intellectually.
Yes, always. You remain fully conscious, present and free throughout the session.
There is no loss of control, no imposed state and no suggestion.
No. Although some approaches may involve different modes of perception, this is neither hypnosis nor trance induction.
When states of modified awareness are present, they concern the practitioner, not the person being accompanied.
Neither. The session is a shared presence, not an intervention performed on you.
It offers a space in which your own system can adjust, based on what is already present.
That is perfectly fine. The experience can be very subtle and may not always be noticeable in the moment.
Not feeling anything does not mean that nothing is happening. Each person and each session are different.
There is no rule. Some people come for a single session, others choose to return periodically.
There is no programme and no obligation. The rhythm is guided solely by your needs and your experience.
Yes. This accompaniment can complement medical, psychological or therapeutic care.
It does not replace diagnosis, treatment or professional medical advice.
No. I do not offer diagnoses and I do not promise results.
My work does not consist in healing, but in accompanying experience and supporting a process of personal adjustment.
If you have doubts, particular vulnerabilities or are undergoing intensive medical treatment, it is advisable to consult your healthcare professional.
When booking a session, feel free to share any information you consider relevant.
A session begins with a brief exchange, then unfolds in a calm and respectful setting.
You remain fully clothed and are seated or lying comfortably. Time is always left at the end of the session to integrate the experience, if you wish.
Of course. Questions, doubts and reflections are part of the process.
Nothing is imposed, and everything can be expressed.
In summary
Each session is:
- individual
- respectful
- non-intrusive
- without promises
- centred on your lived experience
Each accompaniment is an encounter, and each encounter is unique.
