Note: In case of discrepancies between the French and English versions of this document, the French version shall prevail.


1. Purpose

This Privacy Policy explains how Quanta collects, uses, stores, retains and protects personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / LPD).

2. Data collected

Quanta may collect and process the following categories of data:

  • Identification data: first name, last name, date of birth, address, email, phone number
  • Administrative data: appointment booking, booking history, invoicing, administrative communications
  • Session-related data: information shared voluntarily, case history, lifestyle-related information, session history and session notes
  • Analysis data: electro-photonic imaging measurements and related analysis reports
  • Technical data: IP address, browsing data, cookies, technical data related to the use of the website

Quanta only collects and processes data that is appropriate and necessary for the intended purposes.

3. Purposes of processing

Data is used in particular for:

  • Appointment management,
  • Client file management,
  • Invoicing,
  • Communication with the Client,
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders,
  • Administrative and organizational follow-up of sessions,
  • Service improvement,
  • Compliance with legal obligations,
  • Protection of the legitimate rights of Quanta.

No data is sold to third parties.

4. Confidentiality and security

Quanta implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against:

  • Unauthorized access,
  • Loss,
  • Alteration,
  • Unauthorized disclosure,
  • Any processing contrary to applicable law.

The relationship with the Client is confidential in nature. Information shared within the framework of sessions is handled with discretion.

Data is disclosed to third parties only to the extent necessary for the provision of services, the use of clearly identified services, with the consent of the data subject where required, or where disclosure is required by law.

5. Data retention

Data is retained for as long as necessary for the intended purposes and for the support relationship and, where applicable, for as long as required or justified by legal, administrative, accounting, evidentiary or rights-protection obligations applicable to Quanta.

6. Client rights

Under the FADP / LPD, the Client may, within the limits of applicable law, request:

  • Access to their data,
  • Correction of their data,
  • Information about how their data is processed,
  • Deletion of their data,
  • Or restriction of its processing.

7. Subcontractors, tools used and hosting

Quanta may use third-party providers or external tools for certain activities necessary to its operations, including:

  • Terap, for client file management, online appointment booking, invoicing and certain communications related to these activities,
  • Microsoft Switzerland, for the web site hosting and email management,
  • Technical services necessary for the hosting and operation of the website.

These providers or tools are involved only to the extent necessary for the performance of their respective functions and are selected with care.

8. Electronic communications

Quanta may use, as needed and unless the data subject indicates otherwise:

  • Email,
  • SMS,
  • WhatsApp,
  • And administrative tools related to these means of communication,

for confirmations, reminders, administrative, organizational or follow-up exchanges that do not require another communication channel.

Electronic communications involve residual risks in terms of confidentiality and security. The data subject may request at any time to limit or exclude certain communication channels.

9. Cookies

The website may use cookies or similar technologies in order to improve user experience, the technical operation of the website and, where applicable, audience measurement.

Users may configure their browser to refuse or limit them.

10. Changes

Quanta reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time.

The applicable version is the one published on the website at the time of consultation.
