Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)
Quanta – Energy and Quantum Healing Practice

Note: In case of discrepancies between the French and English versions of this document, the French version shall prevail.
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of services provided by Quanta, including energy and quantum healing sessions, whether in person or remote.
Any booking or purchase implies full acceptance of these TCS.
2. Services
The services offered are well-being practices and do not constitute:
- medical treatment,
- diagnosis,
- psychotherapy,
- or a substitute for medical care.
Clients remain solely responsible for their own health.
3. Prices
Current prices are displayed on https://quanta.ch or communicated directly to the Client.
Prices may change at any time.
The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of booking.
4. Payment
Payments may be made:
- in cash,
- via TWINT,
- by bank transfer,
- or by any method offered at the time of booking.
Payment is due at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed.
5. Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
They are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
6. Cancellations and modifications
6.1 Cancellation by the Client
- More than 24h before the session: no fee
- Less than 24h: 100% of the session fee
- No-show: full session fee charged
6.2 Modification
Possible up to 24h before the session, depending on availability.
6.3 Cancellation by Quanta
In cases of force majeure or unavailability, Quanta may cancel or reschedule a session without compensation.
7. Remote sessions
The same rules apply to remote sessions.
The Client must ensure a stable connection and a calm environment.
8. Liability
The practitioner commits to providing services with care, professionalism, and respect.
However:
- results are not guaranteed,
- reactions vary from person to person,
- the Client remains responsible for their own choices and well-being.
Quanta cannot be held liable for:
- lack of results,
- misinterpretation of experiences or impressions,
- indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These TCS are governed by Swiss law.
The competent courts are those of the registered office of Quanta.
