Methods
Complementary approaches within a clear framework
The approaches presented here are tools.
They are not ends in themselves and are never applied in a systematic or automatic way.
Each method is integrated within a coherent framework structured around an axis between body and awareness, and is chosen according to what is present in the session.
The place of methods in the session
A session does not revolve around a technique.
The method serves the session — not the other way around.
What matters is not the tool itself, but how it supports presence, listening and integration in the moment.
Several approaches may be combined within a single session, or a session may unfold without relying on a specific method.
The method adapts to the person — never the opposite.
